Your written estimate needs your full name, address, phone, email, VIN and mileage. The VIN gets the exact right part, and the address tells us how far we're driving. We use these only for your estimate and invoice, never shared.

You get a written, flat-rate estimate. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Pick a time
We usually book one to two weeks out. We're by appointment only.

We come to your driveway, do the job and clean up. If we find something else, we tell you and you decide.

I'm Ed, and that's my son Zack. Zack helps on most of our jobs, and I do or check every repair myself.
Middle TN Auto Repair has been a mobile business since day one. We bring the shop to you: organized drawers of hand tools, electric impact tools, testing gear and a dealer-level scan tool that talks to most modern vehicles. Fewer runs to the parts store means your car is back together sooner.
We tell you straight what your car needs and what it doesn't. Sometimes that means telling you the quote you already have is fair.

Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the car and the keys, you don't need to be there. If we find anything else along the way, we'll text you and you decide.
How soon can you come out?
We usually book one to two weeks out. We're by appointment only, so we can't take same-day or emergency calls.
How do I pay?
Cash, card, check, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or pay online from your invoice.
Can I buy my own parts?
Yes, we're happy to install parts you supply. Match them to your VIN when you order so the job doesn't stall on the wrong part. Parts you supply are installed at your own risk, as your written estimate explains.
Where can you work on my car?
Most driveways work fine. We need a flat, paved spot with room to work around the car. Some apartment complexes and HOAs don't allow car repairs, so check your rules first. If you're not sure, text us and we'll figure it out together.
What if the weather's bad?
All of our work is weather permitting, since we're working outside. If rain or storms move in, we'll text you and set a new time.
Do you come to my town?
We serve Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Columbia and Franklin. Nearby? Text us your town and we'll let you know.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just text us at least 24 hours ahead and we'll find a new time at no charge.
